What to charge!? 10hr day, 5 days. Babysitting. PLEASE HELP!

Hey everyone!
I babysit an almost 2yo every so often on a Friday/Saturday. I get €8.50 per hour when I mind him.
His parents currently put him in with a minder Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm, who charges €20, per child, daily.
She also cares for 4 other children, so is getting €100 per day, which is €500 a week.
They have asked me to mind him while she goes on a holiday, but I don´t know what to charge for the 50 hour week.
I will also be driving 27km a day to get there and home again, 135km for the week. Rounds off to be 84miles.
I just don´t know what I should ask for, that would be fair for both me and them.
I have seen a lot of people saying €5 per child, per hour, and give a discount because it is for 5 days.
What should I ask for?
I was thinking €20 to cover the petrol costs?
